Course Overview

Mindfulness Mastery will enable you to enjoy an eight-session mindfulness program where you will learn the ‘8 Pillars of Mindfulness: 1. Attention and the Now, 2. Automaticity, 3. Judgment, 4. Acceptance, 5. Goals, 6. Compassion, 7. The Ego, and 8. Integration. These concepts are highly charged in everyone's social, emotional, physical, and psychological reasoning and engagement over time. This is a practice of now. What's next?

What You Will Achieve

  • Live the five facets of mindfulness: Observing: noticing internal and external experiences, sensations, cognition's, emotions, sights, sounds, and smells. Describing: labeling internal experiences with words. Acting with awareness: attending to one’s activities of the moment (not automatic pilot). Non-judging inner experiences: non-evaluative toward thoughts and feelings. Non-reactivity to inner experience: allow thoughts and feelings to come and go, not caught up or carried away by them.

  • Love developing a lifestyle of mastery through awareness and self-regulation that promotes well-being, health improvement, and psychological agility within stillness and peace of mind. You become the observer as the meaning of life has clarity now.
